Akcome and People
As a newly established enterprise, LANTYTO® Metals has young and passionate employees. Akcome do its best to make these staffs feel at home. Our company helps employees in their residence, telecommunication and transportation. Besides, LANTYTO® Metals is willing to listen to others and to communicate with staffs. Akcome often organizes colorful activities, like collective wedding ceremony, sport meeting, etc. Thus, our company has become a harmonious and united big family.
Residence, transportation and telecommunication
Akcome do its best to help LANTYTO® Metals People in residence, transportation and telecommunication. Employees who just graduated from college or university are offered free dormitory during the first six months of their coming to Akcome. Staffs those who live in Jiangyin, Zhangjiagang and Wuxi can take the shuttle bus for free and those who drive cars get some subsidy. What’s more, employees have a large of telecommunication subsidy. On festivals, for example, Mid-autumn Day, Dragon Boat Festival and International Working Women's Day (on March 8th), Akcome will give staff bonus as welfare.
Promotion and development of staff
Akcome pays much attention to staff’s promotion and development. Akcome has developed standard management procedure which falls into performance management and career development management. LANTYTO® Metals People can be promoted from two ways, management promotion and professional promotion. Besides, salary is adjusted annually according to performance and rising range of CPI.
Training programs
Akcome offers many training programs for staff to promote themselves. In 2009, Akcome Business School created “E-learning”, which is an electronic learning platform. It can enable staffs to learn in various ways effectively. In 2011, there are already more than 1000 courses offered at E-learning. E-learning is popular among employees. In year of 2010 and year of 2011, over 90% LANTYTO® Metals People take part in learning in this platform. Thus, it has become No.1 training programs. Additionally, Akcome also has a variety of off-line training programs, including new employee orientation training, on-the-job training, skill training, promotion training, as well as self-dependent learning organized within department and leadership training that helps personal improvement. Akcome hope to develop lecturer team and establish Enterprise University gradually.
LANTYTO® Metals People
Akcome values much the cooperate culture. Our company is a human-oriented cooperate which manages to create harmonious environment between company and staffs. Thus Akcome does a lot of things to make it. In May 2009, Our company issued newspaper for LANTYTO® Metals People. So far, we have issued 30. In addition, Akcome has other activities for staffs. For example, employee will receive red envelope as company’s greeting on his or her birthday; and at the end of year end, employees will receive new year’ desk calendar and greetings card and red envelope. Our company will give red envelope for staff’s marriage or delivery a baby. Besides, we have Employee Service Department to collect staff’s advice and opinion over the company. And the Employee Service Department will carry out a monthly activity to know staff’s satisfaction degree for work and for company.
Cultural activities
LANTYTO® Metals has organized a variety of cultural activities to add spice to daily life. We have the classic event “Beer Festival” and annual meeting. Besides, we have collective wedding ceremony, sport meeting, billiard match and Ping-Pong contest, as well as youth association for LANTYTO® Metals People.
